1. What is HSK Flow?

The HSK Flow app is designed to support you in enhancing your mental well-being. With a varied offering of programs and features, the app provides tools and resources to increase your resilience, reduce stress, and improve your overall mental well-being.

2. How can HSK Flow help me?

We believe that when you are mentally fit, you are better equipped to handle life’s challenges and experience greater happiness, regardless of the obstacles you face, both at work and in your personal life. Whether you are experiencing stress and want to work on it, wish to boost your self-confidence, or simply want to proactively care for your mental health, the Vitalmindz App is here for you. We are here for everyone who wants to strengthen their well-being, whether you want to build on what’s going well or need occasional support to address concerns.

3. What programmes and features does HSK Flow offer to improve my mental well-being?

HSK Flow offers a range of tools and programmes to help you strengthen your mental resilience every day. Key features include booking an appointment with a coach, chatting directly with a psychologist, completing a Mental Fit Check, tracking your sleep with a sleep diary, and accessing e-health programmes on topics such as stress, self-confidence, sleep and mindfulness.

4. Is my privacy and data protection guaranteed when using the app?

Yes, we place great value on the privacy and data protection of our users. All personal data is securely stored, and we adhere to strict guidelines to ensure your privacy is protected at all times. With a personal login, you have control over your own account. Your personal information and conversations are not shared with your employer or supervisor.

5. How can I get access to HSK Flow?

Once your employer decides to use HSK Flow, you will receive a personal invitation to your business email address. With this invitation, you can easily follow the steps to create your account and gain access to the platform, allowing you to explore and use it.

6. I forgot my username and / or password, what to do?

Your username is your work email address.

Having trouble logging in? First, request a new password via the login screen. You will receive an email with instructions to reset your password at the email address linked to your account. Please check all relevant inboxes, including your spam or junk folder.

Once you have reset your password, try logging in again. If you are still unable to access the app or receive an error message, please contact our support team via flowsupport@hsk.nl

7. How can I contact one of your psychologists?

In the app, you will find a chat icon in the bottom-right corner. By clicking on it, you can chat directly with one of our psychologists.

On working days during office hours, you will receive a response to your questions within 10 minutes. The chat function is also available outside office hours; however, messages sent outside these hours will be answered on the next working day.

You can also easily book an online coaching session with one of our psychologists in just a few steps. Simply choose a time and language that suits you. Once your appointment is confirmed, you will immediately receive a confirmation email with details of your session, which will take place in a secure Microsoft Teams environment.
